I couldn't communicate with the staff as they didn't speak any English, which made it difficult to get information about desert experiences or any other requests. Room service was also not available during my stay. However, the hotel had AC in the rooms with private WCs, which was a plus. The location was convenient, very close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
